the attention of all the members countries of the FICE
In
the scope of the preparation of the official congress of the FICE, which
would take place in 2006 in Sarajevo, we would like to outline the following
points and to solicit your support for a better promotion of this event.

have the pleasure to invite you to discover this website where you will
find all of the information concerning the 2006 FICE congress.

you updated information concerning the workshops, the speakers and further
information.

2.You
can order the invitation’s brochure in four languages
In
order to further an optimal distribution of the invitation’s brochures
for the FICE congress in 2006, we invite you to pre-request the exact
number of documents needed, which would be delivered from December
15th 2005.

You have the responsibility of the distribution in your country
We
are counting on your extensive knowledge of your respective national network
(professional competencies related to our organization or others that
could be interested by our action), but also on your international partners
to ensure a better distribution of the information relating to the FICE
congress in 2006. We depend on your support to convey, in the best way,
the information concerning this congress in your respective countries.

and a good knowledge of the website, please create a link to this website
with your professional organizations and your respective partners. In
this respect, we request the contract information of your respective webmasters
(they can also contact us directly), in this way, we can place links on
your website to ward ours, as well as to the official FICE 2006 website.
5.
The 50th inscription of each members countries is free
To
each country that inscribes 50 participants, the 50th inscription
is offered free of charge. For 75 inscriptions, 2 inscriptions are offered
free of charge, and for 100 inscriptions 3 are offered free of char
6.
The participation of the youth is assured!
The active participation of the youth during this
congress is invited, and would be without any doubt one of the major events.
You will soon receive precise instructions concerning the “FICE 2006 Youth
Program”. Until this moment, you can consult the official website of the
2006 FICE congress, in which you would find the preliminary information
regarding this youth program.
7.
Search
for sponsors
We are looking for sponsors for the ”FICE 2006 Youth
Program” and to invite colleagues of countries in financial difficulty.
We request your aid in the proposition of sponsorship possibilities. As
such, you can immediately order the sponsoring documentation, which would
be sent without delay.

8.
Profit from a reduced inscription price if your inscription arrives
before
February
28th 2006
The
congress’ organization has proposed cheaper inscription prices, as to
allow the young professionals to participate in the congress, thanks especially
to the lower rates of the accommodations. Moreover, if you join before
February 28th 2006, your inscription price would be reduced.
We invite you to consult the website for further information.
9.
A possibility to spread the word
Profit by sending greetings
cards to increase awareness of the 2006 FICE congress (website, themes,
date and location of the congress). The large scale sending of greetings
cards to your respective networks provides an excellent opportunity to
increase awareness of the congress.
Other
circulars will follow, to ensure you are provided with updated information
regarding the congress. The congress’ organizing committee thanks you
