As a practitioner with over 42 years experience, and still committed to raising the standards of residential care, I have found NCERCC invaluable over recent years. I have worked in the public, voluntary and private sectors, and fear the loss of NCERCC as it has shown itself very capable of dealing with all sectors in the care field. I am not convinced by a company with such a ridiculous name in the care sector.
